Our 12-week BootCamp is an immersive introduction to historical European martial arts, designed to teach foundational techniques, strategies, and the principles of the Arte of Defense. Participants will train in a supportive environment, receive expert instruction, and take home their own gear to continue their HEMA journey beyond the course.
